κυρίῳ μου ἀδελφῷ Ἡρᾷ Διόσκορος. Ἡράκλειος ὁ ἡμέτερος πρὸς τὴν σὴν εὐγένειαν εἰς τὴν Ἡρακλέους ἀπήν τησεν. τούτῳ οὖν ἀξιῶ τὴν σὴν εὐγένειανεὐγένιαν συνάρασθαι. χρεώστου γὰρ αὐτοῦ ἕνεκεν ἀπήντησεν εἰς τὴν Ἡρακλέους. ἀλλὰ μὴ παρίδῃςπαρείδῃς μου τὴν ἀξίωσιν, ἄδελφε. καὶ αὐτὸς οὖν κέλευέ μοι περὶ ὧν βούλει ἐπὶ τῆς ἰδίαςἠδείας ἡδέως ἔχοντι. ἐρρωμένον σὲ ἡ θείαθία πρόνοια διαφυλάξαι εὖ πράττοντα, κύριε. κυρίῳ μου ἀδελφῷ Ἡρᾷ Διόσκορος ἐπόπτης Ὀξυρυγχίτου.
