ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Λικινίου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Κρίσπου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Οὐαλερίῳ Διοσκουρίδῃ τῷ καὶ Ἰουλιανῷ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ τοῦ κοινοῦ τῶν ὀρβιο πωλῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διʼ ἐμοῦ Αὐρηλίου δου Ἄμμωνος. ἀκολούθως τοῖς κελευσθεῖ σιν ἰδίῳ τιμήματι προσ φωνῶ τὴν ἑξῆς ἐνγε γραμμένην τιμὴν ὧν χειρίζω ὠνίων καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον μηδὲν διεψεῦσθαι.
