ἐπὶ ὑπάτων τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Αὐτοκράτορος Σεουήρου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Μαξιμίνου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος. Αὐρηλίῳ Σεύθει τῷ καὶ Ὡρίωνι λογι στῇ Ὀξρυγχίτου διὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀνθεστίου ἐξη γητοῦ διαδόχου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἥρωνος Ἥρωνος τοῦ καὶ Διονυσίου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως δημοσίου ἰατροῦ. ἐπεστά λην ὑπὸ σοῦ τῇ ἐνεστώσῃ ἡμέρᾳ ἥτις ἐστὶν Παχὼν θ ἐκ βιβλιδίων ἐπιδοθέντων σοι ὑπὸ Αὐρηλίου Ἰσιδώ ρου κρατίστου δουκηναρίου ἐπιδεῖνἐφιδεῖν τὴν περὶ αὐτὸν διάθεσιν καὶ ἐνγρά φως σοι προσφωνῆσαι· ὅθεν ἐπεῖδονἐφῖδον τὸν προκίμενον Ἰσίδωρον ἔχοντα ἐπὶ ἀριστεροῦ ἰθῶνος τραῦμα καὶ καὶ ἐπὶ του
