τῶν ἐξ ἀρχόντων αἱρε θέντων συνεξελέσθαι καὶ συγκατα στῆσαι ὄνους πεμπομένους εἰς τὴν εὐκταιοτάτην ἐπιδημίαν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Αὐτοκράτορος Σεουήρου Ἀντωνείνου, οὓς καὶ ἀποκαταστήσω καὶ παραδώσω εἰς τὸ ἐν μηδενὶ μεμ φθῆναι ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ ὅρκῳ. παρέσχον δὲ ἐμαυτοῦ εἰς τοῦτο ἐγ γυητὴν Αὐρήλιον Πελῶριν τεως α παρόντα καὶ εὐ δοκοῦντα ἐπὶ πᾶσι τοῖς προκειμένοις. ἐγράφη ἐπακολουθοῦντος Αὐρηλίου Μαμερτείνου τοῦ καὶ Πτολεμαίου ὑπηρέτου. καί εἰσιν Αὐρήλιοι Βελλῆς ὡς ἐτῶν οὐλὴ ἀντ ἀριστερ , Πελῶρις ὡς ἐτῶν με οὐλὴ ἀντίχειριἀντίχιρι ἀριστερῷ. ἔτους κδ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνείνου Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου Βρεταννικοῦ Μεγίστου Γερμανικοῦ Μεγίστου Σὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστοῦ, Ἁθὺρ λ.
