ὀμνύω τὴν Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου Βρεταννικοῦ Μεγίστου Γερμανικοῦ Μεγίστου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστοῦ τοῦ κυρίου τύχην συμπαραλαβεῖνσυνπαραλαβῖν καὶ συνπαραδοῦναι τοῖς αἱρεθεῖσι ἄρχουσι τὰ πεμπόμενα κτήνη εἰς Πηλούσιον πρὸς τὴν εὐκταίως γεινομένην ἐπιδημίαν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν καὶ θεῶν ἐμφανεστάτου Ἀντωνίνου ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῳ ὅρκῳ. παρὼν δὲ Αὐρήλιος Ἑρμίας Μύστου τοῦ Πετενούφεως ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης ἐνγυᾶται τὸν Αὐρήλιον Ὀννῶφριν ἐπὶ πᾶσι τοῖς προκειμένοις. ἐγράφη ἐπακολουθοῦντος Αὐρηλίου Μαμερτίνου τοῦ καὶ Πτολεμαίου ὑπηρέτου. Αὐρήλιος Ὀννῶφρις ὡς ἐτῶν λβ οὐλὴ ὑπὸ γόνυ ἀριστερὸν. Αὐρήλιος Ἑρμίας Μύσθου τοῦ Πετενούφεως ἀπὸ κώμης Κυνῶν πόλεως ἐνγυῶμαι τὸντων Αὐρήλιον Ὀννο͂φριν Σαραπίωνος ἐπὶ πᾶσι τοῖς προκιμένοις. ἔτους κδ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου Βρεταννικοῦ Μεγίστου Γερμανικοῦ Μεγίστου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστοῦ, Ἁθὺρ κζ.
