ἐμίσθωσεν Σαράμμων Χαι ρήμονος μητρὸς Σινθεῦτος ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως Βησᾶτι Ἁρ ποκρᾶτος μητρὸς Ταυσοράπιος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως εἰς ἔτη πέντε ἀπὸ νεομηνίας Θὼθ τοῦ εἰσιόν τοςἰσιόντος δευτέρου ἔτους τὸ ὑπάρχον αὐτῷ προὸν παρὰ τῷ μεμισθω μένῳ ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Νότου Κρηπεῖδος ἥμισυ μέρος οἰκίας ὑφʼ ἣν κατάγειονκατάγιον σὺν χρηστηρίοις πᾶσι, ἐνοικίου κατʼ ἔτος δραχμῶν ἑβδομήκοντα δύο , ἅσπερ βε βαιουμένης τῆς μισθώσεως ἀποδότω ὁ μεμισθωμένος τῷ μεμισθωκότι κατʼ ἔτος ἐν δόσεσι δυσὶ διʼ ἑξαμήνου τὸ ἥμισυ ἀνυπερθέτως, χρώμενος σὺν τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ τῷ μισθουμένῳ ἡμίσει μέρει τῆς οἰκίας σὺν χρη στηρίοις ἀκωλύτως. μετὰ δὲ τὸν χρόνον ἐκχωρείτω ὁ με μισθωμένος τῆς μισθώσεως, παραδοὺς τοὺς τόπους καθαροὺς ἀπὸ κοπριῶν καὶ δείσης πάσης ὡς καὶ παρείληφεν καὶ τὰς ἐφεστώσας θύρας καὶ κλεῖς, ἢ ἀποτισάτωἀποτεισάτω οὗ ἐὰν μὴ παρα δῷ τὴν αξίαν τιμὴν ὃ δʼ ἐὰν προσοφειλέσῃ ἐκ τῶν ἐνοικί ων μεθʼ ἡμιολίας, καὶ ἡ πρᾶξις ἔστω ἔκ τε αὐτοῦ
