ἐπὶ ὑπάτων τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Σεουήρου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Μαξιμίνου ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος. Αὐρηλίῳ Διοσκόρῳ τῷ καὶ Ἑλλαδίῳ γυμνασιαρχ βουλευτῇ ἐνάρχῳ πρυτάνειπρυτάνι τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως Αὐρήλιος Τιμόθεος ΣαραπιάδουΣαραπιαδους ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ἐπειδὴἐπιδὴ οὐ δεόντως μετῆλθονμετῆλθαν με οἱ τῆς αὐ τῆς πόλεως ὀνομάγγωνες ὡς περὶ συστάσεως ὄνων δύο ἀποστελ λομένων πρὸς τὸν διασημότατον μάγιστρον τῆς πριουάτης ὡς δῆ θεν μετερχόμενόν με τὴν αὐτῶν τέχνην, κατὰ ταῦτα ὁμολογῶ ὀμνὺς τὴν τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Αὐτοκρατόρων Μαξιμιανοῦ καὶ Σεουήρου Σεβαστῶν καὶ Μαξιμίνου καὶ Κωνσταντίνου τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων τύχην τὴν αὐτῶν τέχνην μηδεπώποτε πε ποιηκέναι μηδὲ ποιεῖν, εἰ δὲ ὕστε ρον καταλημφθείηνκαταλημφθιη, ἔνοχος ἔσομαι τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ καὶ τῷ περὶ τούτου ἐπηρ τημένῳεπηρτημενου αὐτοῦ κινδύνῳκινδύνου. ἔτους ιε γ α τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Μαξιμιανοῦ καὶ Σεουήρου Σεβαστῶν καὶ Μαξιμίνου καὶ Κωνσταντίνου τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων, Παχὼν ιδ.
