Κορνηλι τῷ καὶ Πρόκλῳ στρατηγῷ Ἡρακλεοπολείτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου νου Ἁρμιύσιος ἀπὸ ἐποικίου ερήμου κω μάρχου τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἐποικίου. αἱροῦμαι ἀντὶ ἐμαυτοῦ τῷ ἰδίῳ κινδύνωι κατὰ τὸ προάγον ἔθος εἰς τὴν προκειμένην κωμαρχί αν πρὸς τὸ εἰσιον ϛ ἔτος τὸν ὑπο γεγραμμένον ὄντα εὔπορον καὶ ἐπιτήδειον. ἔστι δέ. Πακούεις Πετεσούχου μητρὸς Ἀνογείριος ἐτῶν ξγ πόρον ἔχων. ἔτους ε Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Μάρκων Ἰουλίων Φιλίππων Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν, Μεσορὴ ἐπα γομένων ε. Αὐρήλιος νος ἐπιδέδωκα ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ἡρακλε ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ φάσ κοντος μὴ εἰδέναι γράμματα.
