ὑπατείας Παπίου Πακατιανοῦ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἐπάρχου καὶ Μεκιλίου Ἱλαριανοῦ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου Φλαουίῳ Ἑρμείᾳ λογιστῇ καὶ Αὐρηλίοις Ἀχιλλίωνι ἐκδίκῳ καὶ Πτολεμαίῳ στρατηγῷ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Ἀὐρηλίου Σαραπιακοῦ Θωνίου ἀπὸ τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως ου. ὁμολογῶ ὀμνὺς τὸν σεβάσμιον θεῖον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Αὐτοκράτορός τε καὶ Καισάρων παρειληφέναι τοὺς ἑξῆς ἐγγεγραμμένους χρεώσ τας δύο οὕσπερ κατενέγκω εἰς τὴν λαμπροτάτην Ἀλεξάν δρειανἈλεξάντριαν καὶ παραστήσω τῇ τάξειτάξι τοῦ διασημο τάτου καθολικοῦ Φλαουίου Νεμεσιανοῦ καὶ τὰ τῆς παραστάσεως γράμματα ἐπενεγ κεῖν ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ. παρέ σχον δὲ ἐμαυτοῦ τοῦ ἐνεγκεν ἐγγυη τὴν Αὐρήλιον Γοῦνθον Θωνίου ἀπὸ παρόντα καὶ εὐδοκοῦντα
