τοῖς ἀποδειχθησομένοιςἀποδιχθησομένοις ὑπάτοις τὸ γ. Διοσκουρίδῃ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχείτου παρὰ Ὡριγένους Κορνηλίου καὶ Καλαμόιτος σκυτέως καὶ τῶν μετόχων πάντων ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ὁμολο γοῦμεν ὀμνύντες τὸν σεβάσμιον θεῖον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν ἀνικήτωνἀνεικήτων βασιλέων πᾶσαν ἐπιμέλειανἐπιμέλιαν καὶ ὑπηρεσίαν καὶ τοὺς συνήθεις ποτισμοὺς ἀδιαλείπτωςἀδιαλίπτως ἐπάναγκες ποιήσασθαι τῆς ἐκ μείζο νοςμίζονος προστάξεως νεωστὶνεωσθὶ κατατεθείσης περσέαςπερσιας πρὸς τοῖς ἡμετέροις οἴκοις ἐπὶ τοῦ δρόμου Ψὲς πρὸς τὸ ζωογονεῖν καὶ εὐθαλεῖν διὰ παντός, ἔτι τε καὶ τὴν τήρησιν καὶ παραφυλακὴν τῆς περιβολῆς τῆς ἀνοικοδομῆςἀναδρομῆς τῆς αὐτῆς περσέαςπερσίας ποιήσασθαι εἰς τὸ μηδεμίαν μέμψιν ἐπα κολουθήσεινἐπακολουθήσιν ἢ ἔνοχοι εἴημεν τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ. ὑπατείᾳ τῇ προκειμένῃ Φαρμοῦθι γ.
