μιθαλι τοῦ αὐτοῦ δεσποτικοῦ κτήματος ἀπης καὶ τὰ ἴσα διαπράξασθαι υ ὥστε καὶ ἀξιῶσαί σεσοι σὺν ἡμῖν ἐνέγκαιἐνέγκε τῷ αὐτῷ κυρίῳ μου τῷ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτῳ ἀνδρὶ πρὸς τὸτω μὴ παντελῶς ἐρημωθῆναιἐρημωθηἐρημωθῆ τὸ δεσποτικὸν κτῆμα. παρήγγειλα γὰρ τῷ τιμιωτάτῳ Εὐδοξίῳ τῷ παραμένοντι ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ Γεσσιάδι ὥστε μετὰ γνώμης τῆςμεταχωρούσης τῆς σῆς ἀρετῆς λιβέλλους συντάξασθαι καὶ παρασχεῖν τοῖς ῥιπαρίοις πρὸς τὸ τὸν δεσποτικὸν οἶκον τὸ ἀσφαλὲς ἔχειν καὶ τὸ αὐτὸ κτῆμα. ταῦτα γὰρ οὐ δύνανται παρά σεσοι πεμφθῆναι ἤδη ἐπὶ τόπω τυγχά νοντος τοῦ κυρίου μου τοῦ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτου ἀνδρὸς τοῦ καὶ τὰ βιβλία τῶν δεσποτικῶν κτημάτων ἀναδεδεγμένουἀναδεδεγμένος. πρὸς τὸτω ἐκδικίας τυχεῖν τόδε τὸ κτῆμα ὥστε αρ καὶ ἀπ πρὸς τὸ καὶ ἀνάκτησιν εὑρεθῆναι καὶ κ τοῦ κυρίου μου τοῦ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτου ἄρχοντος μήτε μὴν παρὰ τοῦ προλεχθέντος μεγαλοπρεπεστάτου ἀνδρός. μόνοι γὰρ οἱ ἀπὸ τοῦ αὐτοῦ κτήματος ὡς προεῖπον ἀδικοῦνται, ἐντ παρʼ ἐμοῦ εἰς ἕκαστον πρᾶγμα. παρακαλῶ δὲ καὶ ἀξιῶ σεσοι τὸν δημόσιον ταβουλάριον κελεῦσαι ἀποσταλῆναι ἐπιθεωροῦντα τοὺς πεπληγμένους διὰ τὸ εἶναι αὐτοὺς ἐπὶ κλίνηςκλείνης ἐν τῷ παντὶ τυγχάνοντας.Connections
