Δωρίωνι στρατηγῶι καὶ Ἀπολλωνίῳηννωι βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ καὶ Διδύμωι καὶ Ἀπολλωνίωιο τοπογραμματεῦσι καὶ κωμογραμματεῦσι παρὰ Θερμου θαρίου τῆς Θοώνιος μετὰ κυρίου Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ Σωτάδου. εἴσιν οἱ καταγεινόμενοι ἐν τῇ ὑπαρ χούσῃ μοι οἰκίᾳ λαύρας νότου Θερμουθάριον ἀπελευθέρα τοῦ προ γεγραμμένου Σωτάδου ὡς ἐτῶν ξε, μέση μελίχρως μακροπρόσωπος οὐλὴ γόνατι δεξιῶι, γίνονται γυναῖκες β γ.
