Αὐρηλίῳ Σαραπίωνι τῷ καὶ Ἀπολλωνιανῷ στρατηγῷ Ἑρμοπολίτου παρὰ σιτολόγων δημοσίου θησαύρου Ἄρεως μερίδος Ποαμπιμήνεως τόπου Πατρὴ ἄνω. ἐμετρήθησαν ἡμῖνἡμεῖν εἰς τὸν προκείμενον θησαυρὸν ἀπὸ γενημάτων τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος β ἔτους Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου πυροῦ δοχικῷ ἀρτάβας τέσσαρας, γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι δ, αἱ ἀναφερόμεναι διὰ μηνιαίου τοῦ Ἐπεὶφ καὶ διαστελλόμεναι ὑπὲρ πρακτορίαςπρακτορείας α ἔτους β Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ, Ἐπεὶφ ιβ.
