βασιλείας τοῦ θειοτάτου καὶ εὐσεβεστάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Ἰουστινιανοῦ τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους κη τοῖς τὸ ιγ μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείανὑπατίαν Φλαουίου Βασιλίου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἰνδικτίονος Αὐρηλία Ἡραῒς θυγάτηρ Ἰωάννου μητρὸς Σωσάννας ἀπὸ απώλῃ υἱῷ Μηνᾶ καὶ Μαξίμᾳμαξιμ τῇ σῇ γαμετῇ, θυγατρὶ ἀπὸ χαίρειν. πρὸ ἐνιαυτῶν πλέον ἔλαττον ὁ ἐμὸς σύμβιος ἐτελεύτησεν, ἐγὼ δὲ ἀπελείφθην ὑπὲρ τῆς ἐμῆς ἐξ αὐτοῦ θυγατρὸς κάμνουσα καὶ δυστυχοῦσαδυστηχοῦσα εἰς τὸ χορηγεῖν αὐτῇ τὰς δεούσας τροφάς, καὶ τανῦν μὴ εὐποροῦσα ἀποθρέψαι αὐτὴν οὖσαν ἐτῶν ἐννέα πλέον ἔλαττον ἠξίωσα ὑμᾶς ταύτην παραλαβεῖν παρʼ ἐμοῦ εἰς θυγατέρα, καὶ ὁμολογῶ παραδεδωκέναι αὐτὴν ὑμῖν ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν εἰς τὸν ἑξῆς ἅπαντα χρόνον εἰς θυγατέρα νομίμην, ὥστε ὑμᾶς χορηγοῦντας τὰ δέον τα χώραν γονέων εἰς θυγατέρα ἀποπληρῶσαι εἰς αὐτήν, καὶ ἐντεῦθεν μὴ δύνασθαι με ταύτην ἀποσπάσαι ἀφʼ ὑμῶν. εἰ δὲ τοῦτο ποιήσω, ὁμολογῶ ὑμῖν ἀποτίσειν ἅπαντα τὰ ἀναλώματα λόγῳ τῶν αὐτῆς ἀποτροφῶν ὑποθεμένηυποθεμενοι εἰς τὸ δίκαιον ταύτης τῆς ὁμολογίας πάντα τὰ ἐμοῦ ὑπάρχοντα καὶ ὑπάρξοντα ἰδικῶς καὶ γενικῶς ἐνεχύρου λόγῳ καὶ ὑποθήκης δικαίῳ. κυρία ἡ ὁμολογία ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα, καὶ ἐπερωτηθεῖσα ὡμολόγησα.
