Αὐρήλιος Ὡρίων Θώνιος μητρὸς Θερμουθίου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπρο τάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διὰ ανε τμοιαιετερινεσουήριος Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀγαθῷ Δαίμονι Ἀγαθοῦ Δαίμονος μητρὸς Εὐδαιμονίδος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως διὰ τῆς γυναικὸς Αὐρηλίας Ἀπολλωνίας χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἀπεσχηκέναι παρὰ σοῦ ἀφʼ ὧν ὀφείλειςὀφίλεις μοι κατὰκαι γραφὴνγραφη χειρογρά φου ἀργυρίου ταλάντων ἓξ τοὺς μὲν τόκους τῶν ὅλων ταλάντων ἓξ πλή ρης μέχρι Παχὼν καὶ αὐτοῦ Παχὼν τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος η ἔτους καὶ ζ ἔτους, καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ κεφαλαίου ἄλλων ἀργυρίου ταλάντων δύο , ὥστε λοιπὰ ὀφείλεσθαίὀφίλεσθαί μοι ἄλλα ἀργυρίου τάλαντα τέσσαρα . κυρία ἡ ἀποχὴ ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα, καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔτους η ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Γαίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐαλερίου Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ ἔτους ζ ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμιανοῦ Γερμανικῶν Μεγίστων Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν Ἐπεὶφ α.
