ὑπατείας Ἀντωνίου Μαρκελλίνου καὶ Πετρωνίου Προβίνου τῶν λαμπροτάτων Ἁθὺρ ιζ. Αὐρηλίῳ Διοσκόρῳ ἐπόπτῃ εἰρήνης Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀριστίωνος Πτολεμαίου ἄρξαντος βου λευτοῦ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. οὐκ ἄξια τετόλμη κεν οὔτε τῆς εὐνομίας τῶν εὐτυχεστάτων τού των καιρῶν οὐτʼοὐδε τοῦ φόβου τοῦ κυρίου μου διασημοτάτου ἡγεμόνος Αὐγουσταμνείκης Φλαουίου Ἰουλίου ΑὐσωνίουἈμμωνίου Βησάμμων τις Ἀπολλῶτος ἀπὸ κώμης Πανευεὶ γ παρακαμεονφήσεται κατὰ τὴν τῶν ου γῄδια παρὰ Ταμόι τος ν
