ἐπειδὴἐπιδὲ φιλονεικίαφιλονικία γέγονεν μετοξὺμεταξὺμεταξὺ Παπνουθίου τοῦ μονάζοντος καὶ τοῦ γραμματέωςγραμματεὺς τῆςτοῖς ΦοβώουΦωβώουτοισφωβουιν ἐν Ὤφι τῇ κώμῃ ἕνεκεν τοῦ διαπείσ ματοςδιαπίσματος τοῦ μέτρου τοῦ ἐμβαλομένουἐμβαλαμένου παρὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου Παπνουθίου, καταξιώσῃ ἡ σὴ ἀρετὴ ποιῆσαι γράμματα πρὸς τὸν εἰρημένον γραμματέα ἵνα ὑποδέξηταιὑποδέξαιται τὸ μέτρον ἀδιαστρόφωςἀδιαδιατροφος καὶ σφραγίσῃσφραγίσαι τὸ διάπεισμαδιάπισμα. καὶ ποιοῦμαι μετὰ τοῦ Ἀπιπᾶ ἐνταῦθα.
