Διοσκουρίδης Εὐδαιμονίδι τῆι γλυκυτάτηι ἀδελφῇ χαίρειν. ἀσπάζομαί σε, ἀδελφή, διὰ τούτων μου τῶν γραμμάτων καὶ εὔχομαι πᾶσι τοῖς θεοῖς εὐθέως ἐπανελθόντα με καταλα βεῖν σε ὡς ὑγιαίνουσανδειιαινουσαν. τῷ λαμπροτάτῳ ἡγεμόνι προσῆλθον. προσεδέξατο τὸ πρᾶγμα εἰπὼν ἀκούσεσθαι τῷ καταπλόῳ. καὶ μέ χρι τῆς Κοπτοῦ γείνομαι μετὰ τοῦ κρατίστου Σεουήρου καὶ ἐκεῖθεν θεῶν θελόντων ἐπανέρχομαι πρὸς σέ. ὁ οἶνο ἡγοῦμαι ὅτι ὁ οἶνος τοῦ νομάρχουνομα τῆς Σιναρὺ πέπρακταιπεπραται καλίστης τιμῆς. εἰ δὲ μή καλί στης καὶ ὁ οἶνος Εὐδαιμονίδι ἀδελφῇ ἀπὸ Διοσκουρίδου.
