Ἀσκληπιάδῃ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Διονυσίου Χαιρήμονος μητρὸς Ταφερῶτος ἀπὸ κώμης Ἀρσινόης. ὑπάρχει μοι ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ οικι πύργος ἀπηλιώτου εἴσοδοςἴσοδος καὶ ἔξοδος καὶ ἀπὸ νότου τούτων ἥμισυ μέρος οἰκίας παλαιᾶς, ἅπερ ἀπογράφομαι εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος ιδ ἔτους κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν, καί εἰμι Διονύσιος ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐτῶν μη καὶ τὴν γεγονυῖάν μοι θυγατέρα Ἀμμων μητρὸς μὴ γραπτῆς

An Asklêpiadês, den Königlichen Schreiber des Hêrakleidês-Bezirks, von Dionysios, Sohn des Chairemôn und der Tapherôs, aus dem Dorf Arsinoê. Mir gehört im selbem Dorf ein Haus ein Turm, östlich davon ein Ein- und Ausgang und südlich davon ein 1/2 Teil eines alten Hauses, die ich melde für die Haushaltsmeldung des vergangenen 14. Jahres. Und ich bin der oben genannte Dionysios, 48 Jahre alt, [ ohne Kennzeichen ], und (ich melde auch) meine Tochter Amm[ônarion (?)] [] – – –

To Asklepiades, royal scribe of the Herakleides division from Dionysios, son of Chairemon, mother Tapheros from the village of Arsinoe. There belongs (to me) in the same village a house a tower, to the east an entrance and an exit and to the south of these 1/2 an old house, which I register for the house-by-house registration of the 14th year. And I am the above mentioned Dionysios, 48 years old, [ without a distinguishing mark ? ] and (I register) the daughter born to me, Amm[onarion (?)] , mother – – – .
