Ἀκουσιλάῳ καὶ μετόχοιςΠανεβχοῦςεβχους διεξάγουσιδιεξάγοντι τὰ κατὰ τὴν κωμογραμματείαν καὶ Φάσειτι καὶ Ἡρᾷ καὶ Ἥρωνι καὶ Ὀρσενοῦφι καὶ Σισόιτικαὶ Πάσιτικαὶ ειτι καὶ Σο κονῶπι λαογράφοις κώμης Θεαδελφείας παρὰ Ἀγχορίμφεως τοῦ Ἀγχορίμφεως τοῦ Ἀρείου μητρὸς Ταμάρκιοςταμαρωιοσ τῆς Πανεσνέως ἐργάτου τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς κώμης. ἀπογράφομαι εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος ἑβδόμου ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Νέρουα Τραιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Δακικοῦ κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης ἐν οἰ κίᾳ πρότερον Κλαυδίας Ἀπολιναρίου ἐν τῇ κώμῃ· εἰμὶ δὲ Ἀγχορίμφις ὁ προ γεγραμμένος ὡς ἐτῶν μγὡς ἐτῶν μ οὐλὴ ὀφρύι ἀριστερῷ καὶ τὴν γυναῖκα Ἡρακλοῦν Πενε έως ὡς ἐτῶν κε καὶκαὶ τὸν ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων υἱὸν ἈγχορίμφινἈγχορίμφεα ἐτῶν ϛ. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι τὴν ἀπογραφὴν
