ὑπατείαὑπατιας τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Θεοδοσίου αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου τὸ ιϛ καὶ Φλαουίου Φαύστου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου Χοιὰκ Φλαουίῳ Σαμουηλίῳ τῷ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτῳ κόμετι πρώτου τάγματος γεουχοῦντι ἐν τῇ λαμπρᾷ καὶ λαμπροτάτῃ Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλει Αὐρήλιος Δου υἱὸς Μαρηλλῆ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἐσχηκέναι παρὰ τῆς σῆς μεγαλοπρεπείας ἐν χρήσειχρήσι διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου σου εἰς ἰδίαν μου καὶ ἀ ναγκαίαν χρείαν
