Ἰσίδωρος σεσημείωμαι. Ἀμμωνίῳ στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος καὶ Ἁρποκρατίωνι τῷ καὶ Ἱέρακι βασι λικῷ γραμματεῖγραμματῖ τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος καὶ Μύσθῃ καὶ Ἥρωνι γεναμένοις γραμματεῦσι μητροπόλεως παρὰ Πτολεμαίου Σαραπίωνος ἀναγραφομέ νου διʼ ἑτέρου ὑπομνήματος ογ οἰκίας, ἐν ᾧ ἀπογράφομαι τὸντους ὑπογεγραμμένον ἔνοικον εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κη ἔτους κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐπʼ ἀμφό δου Μοήρεως, καὶ ἔστιν Πτολεμαῖος τοῦ Χαιρήμονος μητρὸς Ἡρωίδος λαογραφούμενος ἐργάτης, ἐτῶν ιθ, ἀπογεγραμμένος τῇ τοῦ ιδ ἔτους κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφῇ ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Μοήρεως. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι. ἔτους κθ Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Μεσορὴ κζ. κατεχωρίσθη στρατηγῷ κθ ἔτους Μεσορὴ κζ. κατεχωρίσθη βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ τῇ αὐτῇ ἡμέρᾳ. κατεχωρίσθη γραμματεῦσι πόλεως τῇ αὐτῇ ἡμέρᾳ.
