Ἀπολλωνίῳ στρατηγῷ Ἀπολλωνοπολίτου Ἑπτακωμίας παρὰ Βοκῶτος Παντβῶτος καὶ Ἁρτβῶτος καὶ Παχοῦμις καὶ Ἁρτβῶς ἀναγρά φονται ἡμῖνἡμεῖν βασιλικὴν γῆν περὶ κω μογραμματείαν Πώεως ἀνὰ καὶ περὶ κωμογραμματείαν Τερύθεως ἐπʼ ὀνόμα τος Βοκῶτος μόνου ἀνὰ δ ιβ . ἐπεὶ οὖν τοσοῦτον τέλεσμα οὐ βαστάζου σιν, αὐτὸς δὲ βαροῦμαι τοῖς ἐκφορίοις, ἐντεῦθεν ὑπέχομαι κατὰ τὴν τοῦ κυρίου Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος εὐεργε σίαν γεωργήσειν τὰς προκειμένας ἀρούρας ἀνὰ α κδ ἑκάστης ἀρούρης παραδε χομένης μοι τῆς ἀβρόχου καὶ τῆς ἡμισείας τῆς ἐπηντλημένης κατὰ τὸ ἔθος, περὶ μὲν κωμογραμματείαν Τερύθεως ἀβρόχου. ἔτους β Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀρίστου Σεβαστοῦ Χοιὰκ ε. Βοκῶς Παντβῶτος καὶ Ἁρτβῶς καὶ ΠαχοῦμιςΠαχούμιος καὶ Ἁρτβῶς νεώτερος ἀδελφοὶ ἐπιδεδώκαμενἐπιδεδόκαμεν ὡς πρόκειται. Βς νεώτερος Πτος ἔγραψε ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν διὰ τὸ μὴ εἰδέναι γράμματα.
