An die Stadtschreiber der Gauhauptstadt, Agathos Daimon und Herakleides, mit dem Beinamen Demetrios, von Kephalas, Sohn des Heron, Enkel des Theon, und seiner Frau Didyme, die seine vom gleichen Vater und der gleichen Mutter abstammende Schwester ist; beide wohnhaft in der Gauhauptstadt, eingetragen in die Einwohnerliste des Wohnblocks am Platz vor dem Isistempel; derselbe Kephalas ist Frauenvormund für Didyme. Wir melden zur Eintragung unseren Sohn Didymos, der im 16. Jahre des Kaisers und Herrn Antoninus geboren wurde und in diesem laufenden 19. Jahre vierjährig ist. Wir erstatten hiemit die nachträgliche Geburtsanzeige. (2. Hand) Wurde den Stadtschreibern der Gauhauptstadt zum Eintrag vorgelegt, betreffend Geburtenzuwachs Didymos. Im 19. Jahre des Antoninus Caesar, unseres Herrn, am 11. Thoth.
