ρ κακοτεχνήσειν μήτε περὶ τὴν παραχώρησιν τῶν δέκα πέντε ἀρουρῶν μηδὲ περὶ τὴν ὁμολογίαν μηδὲ περὶ τὰς διʼ αὐτῆς κει μένας διαστολὰς μηδὲ περὶ τὸν ὅρκον τοῦτον, παρευρέσει μηδεμιᾷ. ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ποιῶποιῶι κατὰ τὰ προγεγραμμένα, τὰ μὲν κατὰ τὴν παραχώρησιν καὶ τὰς ὁμολογίας συγχωρῶσυγχωρῶι μένειν κύρια καθάπερ καί ἐστιν· ἡνίκα δʼ ἂν εὐθυνθῶεὐθυνθῶι, συγχωρῶσυγχωρῶι καὶ τὰ λοιπὰ μέρη τοῦ κλήρου μου ἀναλημφθῆναι εἰς τὸ βασιλικὸν καί με ἔνοχον εἶναι τῶι ὅρκωι.
