ἔτους δ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀλεξάνδρου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ Ἁθὺρ α. Αὐρήλιος Πωλίων καὶ μέτοχοι σιτολόγοι κώμης Τεπτύνεως μεμετρήμεθα ἀπὸ γενήματοςτοῦ διεληλυθότοςδιεληλυθώτος γ ἔτους μέτρῳ δημοσίῳ ξυστῷ εἰς Αὐρήλιον Κρονίωνα μητρὸς Ἀρτεμιδώρας διὰ Αὐρηλίου Φιλοσαράπιδος Λυσιμάχου Ἀντινοέως ὑπὲρ κληρούχων τῆς κώμης πυ ροῦ ἀρτάβας ἕξ γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι ϛ.
