ἔτους β Λουκίου ΣεπτιμίουΣεπτιμμίου Σεουήρου Περτίνακος Σεβαστοῦ Ἀμμώνιος Ὀννώφρεως καὶ μέτοχοι σιτολόγοι κωμῶν Λαγίδος καὶ Τρικωμίας μεμετρήμεθα ἀπὸ γενήματος τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἔτους πυροῦ μέτρῳ Σαρα δημοσίῳ ξυστῷ εἰς Σαραπί ωναΣαραπιων Ἁρπάλου Τεπτύ νεως γεωργῶν ἀρτάβας ἔνδεκα ἥμισυ, γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι ια 𐅵. Κάστωρ γραμματεὺς σιτολόγων ἔγραψα.
