Λοκκείωι Ὀφελλιανῶι τῶι κρατίστῳ ἐπιστρατήγωι παρὰ Λυσιμάχου τοῦ καὶ Διδύμου καὶ Φιλοσαράπιδος ἀμφοτέρων Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ καὶ Οὐαλερίου Ἀντινοέων Ματιδείων τῶν καὶ Καλλιτεκνείων. ὑπάρχει ἡμῖνἡμεῖν, κύριε, πρὸς τὸν ἕτερον ἡμῶν ἀδελφὸν Φιλαντίνοον τὸν καὶ ΝειλάμμωναΝειλαμων δούλη μητρικὴμητρικην κοινὴκοινην ὀνόματι Μάρτιλλα, ἥτις ἐν τῶι Ἀρσινοείτῃ τυγχάνουσα, ἔνθα γεουχοῦμεν, τὰ ἐπιτήδεια ἡμῖνἡμεῖν διαπέμπεται εἰς τὴν Ἀντινόου. ταύτην οὖν ἐνεργοῦσαν λαβάμενοι Σαραπάμων τις Πυρρίωνος καὶ ὁ τούτου ἀδελφὸς Δεῖος ἀπὸ τοῦ Ἀρσινοεί του, καταμένοντες ἐν κώμῃ ΤεπτύνειΤεπτύνι τῆς Πολέμωνος μερίδος, βίᾳ ἀποσπάσαντες δίχα στρατηγοῦ συνέσχον παρʼ ἑαυτοῖς, ἣν καὶ μέχρι τούτου κατέχουσι, προφάσει ζητήματος οὗ φασιν ἔχειν πρὸς τὸν ἕτερον ἡμῶν ἀδελφὸν Φιλαντίνοον τὸν καὶ Νειλάμωνα. κατὰ τὸ ἀναγκαῖον οὖν, κύριε, ἐντυγχάνομέν σοι ἀξιοῦντες, ἐάν σου τῇ τύχῃ δόξῃ, κελεῦσαι γραφῆναι τῷ τῆς Θεμίστου καὶ Πολέμωνος μερίδων στρατηγῷ ἀνα πέμψαι αὐτοὺς ἔνθα εἰς τὴν Ἀντινόου πόλινπόλειν ἐπὶ τὴν σὴν τοῦ κυρίου διάγνωσιν περὶ ἧς ἐποιήσαντο βίας καὶ ἀποσπασμοῦ τῆς δούλης, ἣν καὶ νῦν ἔτι παρʼ αὑτοῖς ἔχουσι, ἵνʼ ὤμεθα εὐεργετημένοι. διευτύχει. Λυσίμαχος ὁ καὶ Δίδυμος ἐπιδέδωκα. Φιλοσερᾶπις Ἡρακλείδου συνεπιδέδωκα. ἔτους ζ Φαμενὼθ ὁ στρατηγὸς ἐνθενὶ πέμψει τοὺς ἐμφερομένους πρὸς ἐμέ.
