ὑπατείας Φλαουίου Βελισαρίου τοῦ υρίᾳ Κολλούθου τῇ εὐλαβεστάτῃ βραδέως ὑπογράφοντος γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως παρὰ σοῦ ἐπὶ πενταετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ αὐτῆς τὰς ὑπαρχούσας σοι ἀρούρας δύο ει ἀπὸ τετάρτου τετρακαιεξηκοστοῦτετραξηκοστοῦ μέρους τοῦ αὐτοῦ κειμένας ἐν τῷ ἀπηλιώτῃ τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως ἐπʼ ὀλίγον που ἐν γεωργίῳ λεγομένῳ ἄρουραν μίαν τέταρτον ἀπὸ ἀρουρῶν πέντε ἄλλας ὑπολοίπας ἀρούρας τρεῖς ἥμισυ τέταρτον ὧν γείτονες νότου καὶ ἀπηλιώτου γῄδια τοῦ ἐπʼ ἀπηλιώτου γῆς γύος Λάμμωνος βορρᾶ γῄδια ὁδός, ἐν δὲ ἑτέρῳ τόπῳ ἐν τῷ αὐτῷ γεωργίῳ ἀρούρας καὶ ἐν τῷ αὐτῷ γεωργίῳ τὸ ὑπόλοιπον ἀρούρης μιᾶς τοῦ αὐτοῦ φωτὸςφοτὸς καὶ Κυρίλλας καὶ Θεο πλήρωσιν τῶν προειρημένων ἀρουρῶν δύο τόποις πρὸς τῷ αὐτῷ γεωργίῳ κατὰ τὴν προειρημένην ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι φόρου τούτων κατʼ ἔτος σίτου ἀρταβῶν ἀρταβῶν δύο καὶ τυρῶν τεσσαράκοντα καὶ στροβίλων δ ἀρούραςοἴνου χύτρας ἀρούρας δύο καὶ δελφάκια ἀρούρας δύο
