Ἀλέξανδρος Ζήνω νι χαίρειν, ἔγραψάς μοι περὶ Κριτίου ὅτι ἐ νεκάλει Χαριδήμωι. μεταπεμψάμενος οὖν Χαρίδημον, ἐρω τώμενος ἔφασεν τούτων μηθὲν εἶ ναι, ἀλλʼ εἴ τι Κριτί ας ἐνκαλεῖ, ἕτοιμός εἰμι αὐτῶι διακρι θῆναι. γνώριζε οὖν Κριτίαν γράφον τά σοι ψευδῆ, ὃς καὶ τῶν παρὰ σοῦ στρα τιωτῶν οὐ πέφεισταιπέφεισθαι, ἀλλὰ καὶ κατὰ τούτων καταγέ γραφέν σοι. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους λ, Παρμοῦθι γ. εἰς Φιλαδέλ φειαν. Ζήνωνι.
