χμγ μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Βασιλείου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους πεντεκαιδεκάτου, Φαμενὼθ νεομηνίᾳ πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος. Φλαυίῳ Διοσκόρῳ υἱῷ Ἀπολλῶτος, θαυμασιωτάτῳ κτήτορι ὁρμωμένῳ ἀπὸ κώμης Ἀφροδίτης τοῦ Ἀνταιοπολίτου νομοῦ, παρὰ Μουσαίου, ἐκ πατρὸς Καλλινίκου, ἐκ μητρὸς Ἑλένης, διακόνου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Ἀφροδίτης, χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἐγὼ ὁ προγεγραμμένος Μουσαῖος Καλλινίκου διάκονοςδιακονου διὰ ταύτης μου τῆς ἐγγράφου ἀσφαλείας ὀφείλειν ὑμῖν καὶ χρεωστεῖν
