χμγ ὑπατείας Φλαυίου Ἰουστίνου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου, τετάρτῃ τῆς τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος Ἰωάννης πρεσβύτερος, υἱὸς τοῦ τῆς εὐλαβοῦς μνήμης Ἰωάννου, διʼ ἐμοῦ Σενούθου Ἀπολλῶτος, Αὐρηλίῳ Βησαρίωνι Διοσκόρου Ψιμανωβετ, ἀμφότεροι ἀπὸ κώμης Ἀφροδίτης τοῦ Ἀνταιοπολίτου νομοῦ. ἐξεμίσθωσά σοι πρὸς διετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν σὺν Θεῷ μελλούσης πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος καὶ αὐτῆς, τὸ ὑπάρχον μοι γεώργιον, ἀρουρῶν ὅσων ἐστίν, διακείμενον ἐν τῇ νοτινῇ πεδιάδι τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Ἀφροδίτης ἐν κλήρῳ Νεμπκῆτος, σὺν λάκκῳ καὶ μονῇμονης καὶ δικαίοιςδικαιων πᾶσιπαντων κατὰ τὰ ὅρια, ἐφʼ ᾧ σε τοῦτο, τὴν πᾶσαν γεωργικὴν ἐργασίαν ποιήσασθαι ἐκ τῶν ἰδίων σου ἀναλωμάτων καὶ κτηνῶν, καὶ διδόναι μοι τὸν φόρον ἐπʼ ἀποτάκτῳ, ἐν τελείῳἐντελείῳ καὶ ἀβροχικῷ, ὁ μὴ εἴη, καθʼ ἕκαστον ἐνιαυτὸν σίτου ἀρτάβας τῷ φορικῷ μέτρῳ τοῦ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτου κόμιτος ἈμμωνίουΘεοδοσίου, καὶ χρυσοῦ νομισμάτιον ἓν παρὰ κεράτια χρυσοχοϊκῷ σταθμῷ, καὶ παρέξεις μοι τύρους πέντε καὶ λεψάνηςης κολοβὰ ἕξ , ἀναμφιλόγως. ἡ ἀντιμίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία· καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. δηλαδὴ καὶ παρέξεις μοι ἀντιμίσθωσις Ἰωάννου Μακαρίουμακαρίου πρεσβυτέρου διὰ Σενούθου Ἀπολλῶτος γεωργίου
