Συρίων Αἰλουρᾷ τῷ φιλ τάτῳ χαίρειν. ἀσπάζομαί σε διὰ Χος τοῦ ἀναδιδόντος σοι τὸ ἐπιστό λιον καὶ τὰ ἀβάσκαντα παιδία καὶ τὴν σύνβιόν σου. χάριν σοι ἔχω ὅτι ἐφρόντισας λαβὼν παρὰ Διονυσίου τὴν ἐπιθήκην, ἣν ἀπέστειλα τῷ Διονυσίῳ. περὶ ὧν θέλεις, γράφε μοι ἥδισ τα ποιήσοντιποιησοντα. ἀσπάζονταί σε τὰ παιδία α παρὰ Συρίωνος δὸς Αἰλουρᾷ φίλωι
