Αὐρήλιος Ἱέραξ Παησίου μητρὸς Σιλβανίας ἀπὸ κώμης Σχαρτὼ τοῦ μεγάλου Ἑρμοπολείτου νομοῦ Αὐρηλίῳ Θεοδώρῳ Ἁρποκρατίωνος ἀπὸ τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου νομοῦ χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ πεπρακέναι καὶ παραδεδωκέναι σοι ἐπʼ ἀγο ρᾶς τοῦ Ἄνω Κυνοπολείτου ὄνον ἄρρενα μυόχρωμονμυόχρομον ἄβολον τιμῆς τῆς πρὸς ἀλλήλους συνπεφωνημένης ταλάντων ϛ δραχμῶν Γφ, ἃ καὶ ἀπέ σχον παρὰ σοῦ διὰ χειρόςχιρός, τῆς βεβαιώσεωςβαιβεώσεως πρὸς πᾶσαν βεβαίωσινβαιβέωσιν ἐξακολουθούσης ἐμοὶ τῷ πεπρακότι διὰ παντὸς καὶ ἀπὸ παντός, καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Οὐαλερίου Λικιννιανοῦ Λικιννίου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Φλαυίου Οὐαλερίου Κωνσταντίνου υἱοῦ τῶν βασιλέωνβασιλέωνν πρὸ α Καλανδῶν Ἰανουαρίων.
