Ζήνωνι χαίρειν Σέλευκος Μεμφείτου. ἐπιγέγραφεν γὰρ καὶ ἐμὲ δὲ ἀπόντα καὶ θεραπεύοντα δέομαι οὖν σου, εἴ σοι δοκεῖ, καθάπερ καὶ ἄλλοις πολ καὶ Δίκαιον τὸν ἐκἐγ Μοιθύμιος ορ τοῦ ζυτοπωλίου ἐμὲ παρα σὲ ὦ τετευχὼς τῆς πάσης φιλανθρωπίας. ἔτους λα, Θῶυθ κβ. Γλαῦκος.
