Ἡρακλείδης ΠανίσκῳΠανίσκος τῷ φιλ τάτωι πολλὰ χαίρειν. καλῶς ποιήσῃς, ἄδελφε, κόμισονκόμισεν παρὰ Νικηφόρου τὴν θήκην καὶ οὕτως ὅρμασαι τὸτω σὸνσὲν ζμηλὶν μαχαίριν καλὸν καὶ πρόσοψιν λέοντοςλέων ἔχοντα ἵνα ἦν εὐζηλότερον γενέσ θαι καὶ θαυμάζωμενθαυμάζομεν. τὴν τιμὴν αὐτοῦ φέρω σοι ἐρχό μενος μετὰ τῆς προβολῆς. ἀσπάζομαι τὸν φίλον σου ἙρμῖνονἙρμῖνος καὶ Κλαύδις Ἐπώνυχος. ἄσ παζε Ψενοσῖριν καὶ Ἄρειον τοὺς Ψελκείτας. ἀσπάζεταί σεσοι Διονύσιος. οὔπω λάχανα γέγονεν. μὴ ἀμελήσῃς περὶ ζμηλιμαχαίριον ἵνα τὸ κεφάλιν αὐτοῦ ἦι ὁλοχάλκινονὁλοχάλκινεν. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι. διευτύχει.
