Στέφανος Ἰωάννῃ ἀπαιτητῇ Πτολεμαίδος. παράσχου ἀββᾷ Ἰσαὰκ μεταφορεῖ εἰς μεταφορὰν ὕδατος εἰς ἁγίου Μρ ὁρρίων Μέμφεως ὑπὲρ ὀψονίων διδομένων αὐτῷ ὑπὲρ τοῦ παρόντος Φαμενὼθ μέρος σίτου καγκέλλῳ Ἀλεξανδρείας σίτου ἀρτάβην α 𐅵 γ μόνον.
