quicunque mihi ex ea, quae uxor mea est, tempore mortis meae natus natave erit , mihi heres esto suntove . quod si unus unave ex his , quicunque natus natave erit eruntve , moriatur , erogatio hereditatis pro portione maior esto. cum autem sciam mihi non licere per testamentum plus quam quodquob in lege Fufiam Caninia conprehensum sit manumittere, rogo, heres carissimekarissime , manumittas ei non obstet fugitivorum servorum meorum numerus si quid ego post hoc testamentum meum nuncupatum codicillis charta membrana aliove quo genere scriptum signatumque reliquero, quo non recto tes tamenti iure legumve dari quid aut fieri iusse ro, aut si quid vel vivus dedi donavi dedero donavero vel liberum liberamve esse vetuero aut seervum servamve, ratum esto ac si in hóc tes tamento cautum conprehensumve esset . huic testamento dolus malus abesto . familiam pecuniamque testamenti faciendi causa emit quis sestertio i libripendis loco quis, antestatus est quem.
