τὴν τῆς θυρίδος σου κλεῖδα ἐάνπερ ᾖ ἔσω ἐκεῖ, εἰ μή, ὅπου ἐὰν ᾖ σήμανον. οὐ γὰρ ἄλλον τινὰ ἕξωἕξωι τὸν δυνάμενον ἀπενέγκαι μοι εἰς Ἀλεξάνδρειαν πιστῶς. ὥστε μὴ ἀμελήσῃς. εἰ κέ κριταί σοι τὴν ἑορτὴν παρὰ σοὶ μεῖναι, πέμψον Τσενκόμωνά μοι. ἐτάραξε δὲ ἡμᾶς Ἡρακλᾶς ἐγὼ ανησθενη
