Πτολεμαίωι κωμογραμματεῖ Φιλαδελφίας παρὰ Θενμεσοήρεως μετὰ Ψενοσίρεως ἀπὸ Φιλαδελφίας μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ συνγενοῦς Πετεαρμούθου τοῦ Πετεαρμούθου. ὁ υἱός μου Πνεφε ρῶς Πετεσούχου τοῦ Ψενεθαύ σιος ἀφῆλιξ ἀναγεγραμμένος ἐπὶ κώμης Φιλαδελφίας ἐτελεύτησεν τῶι Φαῶφι μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιδ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι ὅπως ταγῇ ἐν τῇ τῶν τετελευτηκότων τάξει.
