δ Ἑρμείνῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Σαβείνου Σαβείνου γεγυμνασιαρχηκότος ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Διονυσίου Τόπων ἀπόν τος διὰ Νεμεσιανοῦ τοῦ καὶ Ἀρτεμιδώρου. ὁ υἱ δοῦς μου Σαραπίων, ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπὶ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀμφόδου Διονυσίου Τόπων λαογραφούμενος, ἐτε λεύτησεν τῷ Μεχεὶρ μηνὶ τοῦδε τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιγ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. διὸ ἀξιῶἀξιῶι ταγῆναι αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ τῶν ὁμοίων τάξει. Σαβεῖνος Σαβείνου γεγυμνασιαρχηκὼς ἀπὼν διὰ Νεμεσιανοῦ τοῦ καὶ Ἀρτε μιδώρου Σαραπίωνος ἐπιτρόπου ἐπιδέδωκα, καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ τύχην ἀλη θῆ εἶναι τὰ προγεγραμμένα. ἔτους ιγ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ, Μεχεὶρ κδ. γραμματεῦσι μητροπόλεως. εἰ ταῖς ἀληθείαις ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐτελεύτησενἐτελτησεν, τὸ ἀκόλουθον ἐπιτελεῖτε. ἔτους ιγ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδρια νοῦ Σεβαστοῦ, Μεχεὶρ κδ.
