ἐξαίρετον δραχμ κῆς τόκων καὶ τῶν ἄλλων αὐτῶν ς, καθὼς καὶ αὐτὴ εἴληφεν απιτω, ἐὰν συμβῇ εἰςἰς ἐπικαταβολὴν ἐλθεῖν, ἐπιτελεῖν τὰ κατὰ τῆς ὑποθήκης νόμιμα, πρὸς ὅ τι ἂν βαστάζῃ, καὶ τοῦ ἐλλείψοντος γίνεσθαι τοῖς δεδανεικόσι τὴν πρᾶξιν καὶ ἐκ τῶν ἄλλων τῆς ὑποχρέου ὑπαρχόντων, καὶ ἐάν, ὃ μὴ γένοιτο, συμβῇ περὶ τὴν ὑποθήκην ἢ μέρος αὐτῆς βλάβος δημόσιον ἐπακολουθῆσαι καὶ οὕτως γείνεσθαι τοῖς δεδανεικόσιν τὴν πρᾶξιν, καθὼς καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἐλλείμματος δεδήλωται καὶ τὰ ἐκ τῆς οἰκίας περιγεινόμενα ατο τὴν προκειμένην ὑποθήκην μετʼ αὐτὸν τὴν ἀπαίτησιν ποιη μηδὲ χρώμενος ἐπὶ τῆς τῶν ασι ἀκίνδυνον παντὸς κινδύνου τῶν
