ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Καισάρων Αὐρηλίῳ Γεροντίῳ Σαραπίωνος οὐετρανῷ τῶν ἐντίμως ἀπολελυμένων παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Πασεῖτος Τούρβωνος ἀπὸ κώμης Φιλαδελφίας. βούλομαι μισθώσασθαι παρὰ σοῦ τὴν ὑπάρχου σάν σοι περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν κώμην σιτικὴν ἄρουραν μίαν ἢ ὅσηὁσην ἐὰν ᾖ ἐπὶ χρόνον ἔτη δύο ἀπὸ σπορᾶς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους ἐκφορίου τῆς ἀρού ρης κατʼ ἔτος ἕκαστον πυροῦ ἀρτα βῶν δύο καὶ οὐκ ἐξέσται μ τοὺς σιεπουδετα τιτος τῆς ἀρούρης καθή κει ἐκ τοῦ ἰδίου τοῖς δέουσι καιροῖς βλάβος μηδὲ ἓν ποιῶν. τὸ δὲ κατʼ ἔ τος ἐκφόριον ἀποδώσω μηνὶ Παῦνι ἐπὶ τῆς μητροπόλεως μέτρῳ τετραχοινίκῳ, τῶν δημο σίων πάντων ὄντων πρὸς σὲ τὸν κτήτορα, καὶ μετὰ τὸν χρόνον παρα δώσω τὴν ἄρουραν καθαρὰν καὶ καθὼς παρέλαβον, ἐὰν φαίνηται μισθῶσαι. καὶ παρε
