Δείῳ τῷ καὶ Ἀπολλωνίῳ καὶ Ἡρώδῃ τῷΑπ καὶ Διογένει γεγυμνασιαρχηκόσι βιβλιοφύλαξινκαὶ βιβλιοφύλαξιν ἐνκτήσεων Ἀρσινοίτου. παρὰ Πασίωνος Μαξίμου ἀπὸ Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου ἀφήλικος διὰ φροντιστοῦ Ὀννώ φρεως. κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ὑπὸ τοῦ κρατίστου ἡγεμόνος Φλαυΐου Τιτειανοῦ ἀπογράφομαι τὰ ὑπάρχοντά μοι ὄντα καθαρά οἰκίαν ἐν κώμῃ καὶ περὶ Κερκεσοῦχα κλῆρον κατοικικὸν ἀρούρης 𐅵 ιϛ λβ καὶ περὶ πρότερον Τρω τὴν αὐτήν. ἐὰναἰὰν δέ τι κατʼ αὐτῶν ἐξ οικονομῶ ἀποδείξωαι ἐξοικονομῶ απ ὑπάρ χοντα.
