τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους εἰκοστουτυ Φαρμοῦθι μητρὸς Δευροτ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν νυκτοστρατήγῳνυκτορατηκῳ τοῦ Κωλλαίνου μέρους Ἐπιφανείου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν· χρεωστεῖν κεφαλαίου χρυσοῦ κεράτια καὶ ταῦτα ὁμολογῶ ἑτοίμως ἔχω παρασχεῖν τοῦ εἰσιόντος μηνὸς Παχὼν τῆς παρούσης ἀτοκὶ χωρίς τινος ὑπερθέσεως καὶ καὶ δίκης, ὑποκειμένων σοι εἰς τοῦτο τὸ χρέος ὑπαρχόντων καὶ ὑπαρξόντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης,
