Probably a fragment from a series of drafts of letters to be dispatched from Philadelphia. In accordance with Apollonios' instructions, Thrason and Paramonos are requested to hire boats in order that the timber already cut may be brought up to Philadelphia and that thus the work in progress there may be completed without delay.
