Description

The conclusion of an account of a trial, the subject of which is obscure. The president of the court is Munatius. The rhetor Kanopos maintains that his client has made no sunthk, on the contrary he returns the charge accusing the counterpart and declaring that father as well as son are guilty of robbery. Munatius however holds that the charge on the whole as well as the latter request in particular are unreasonable. Here the copy stops.

About this record's data
  • From the source institution — accession, description, dimensions, and dating are as catalogued by Papyri.info — APIS (Advanced Papyrological Information System) — papyri.
  • AI-inferred — the image-analysis panel (deities, names, signs) is machine-generated and may be wrong.
  • Approximate location — most map points are plotted at the site centroid, not the exact findspot.
  • Inferred links — cross-references marked with a match method other than explicit-source-field were matched by us, not stated by the source.
  • Inherited across the Trismegistos spine — a Trismegistos ID names one ancient text, and papyrology splits that text's description across databases: the edition in one, the date and provenance in another, the physical papyrus in a third. Fields tagged via … on this page were read from a sibling record under the same TM number, not asserted by Papyri.info — APIS (Advanced Papyrological Information System) — papyri.
