κεφάλαιον ἐκ γνώμονος Σεουήρου καὶ Ἀντωνίνου τῶν κυρίων Σεβαστῶν. η ἔτους μηνὶ Φαμενὼθ κδ. ἐπὶ μέρους οὕτως· τοῖς ἀνήβοις καὶ τοῖς τῆς δημοσίας χρείας ἕνεκεν ἀποδημοῦσι ἢ ἀποδημήσασι ἡ συνήθης ὑπάρξει βοήθεια, τοὺς δὲ ἐλάττονος πέντε καὶ εἴκοσι ἐτῶν, εἰη πρὸς τὸτα ἐξαπατηθῆναι φανερῶς περιεγράφησαν, καὶ αὐτοὺς βοηθείας τυχεῖν εὔλογον. τὰ ἐπὶ τῶν οὐ τελείων τὴν ἡλικίαν διηγορευ μένα ? καὶ ταῖς πόλεσιν φυλαχθήσεται. ἐξ αἰτημάτων Ἀλεξανδρέων. πρὸ ιγ Καλανδῶν Ἰανουαρίων· ἀξιούντων νεωτέρων τινῶν τὰ ὑπὸ τῶν ἐπιτρόπων πραχθέντα χωρία βέβαιά τε μένειν καὶ μὴ παρανόμως στέρεσθαι αὐτῶν· μετʼ ἄλλα· Καῖσαρ εἶπεν· ἐὰν δὲ νεώτερός τις προσέλθῃ τῷ ἡμετέρῳ βήματι καὶ εἴπῃ, ἀναγκασθεὶς περιγραφεὶς πέπρακά μου τὰ χωρία πολλῷ ἐλάττονος τῆς ἀξίας, οὐ βοηθήσομεν αὐτῷ τί οὖν ἰδιώτῃ μὲν βοηθήσομεν, οὐ βοηθήσομεν δὲ τῷ ἡμετέρῳ τα μείῳ. κεφάλαιον ἐκ νόμου Λαιτωρίου ἑρμηνευθέντος κατὰ τὸ δυνατὸν · εἰ περιγραφη τῷ κρατίστῳ ἐπιστρατήγῳ ἔντυχε. Αὐτοκράτωρ Καῖσαρ Λούκιος Σεπτίμιος Σεουῆρος Εὐσεβὴς Περτίναξ Σεβαστὸς Ἀραβικὸς Ἀδιαβηνικὸς Παρθικὸς Μέγιστος καὶ Αὐτοκράτωρ Καῖσαρ Μᾶρκος Αὐρήλιος Ἀντωνῖνος Εὐσεβὴς Σεβαστὸς Οὐάρῳ Δαμασαίου. εἰ τὴν ἐκ τῆς ἡλικίας ἔχεις βοήθειαν, ὁ ἡγούμενος τοῦ ἔθνους τὸν ἀγῶνα τῆς ἀφέσεως ἐκδικήσει. προετέθη ἐν Ἀλεξανδρείᾳ Προκόνδῃπροκονδω Ἑρμαίου διʼ Ἐπαγάθου ἀπελευθέρου. εἰ τὴν ἐκ τῆς ἡλικίας ἔχεις βοήθειαν, τὸν ἀγῶνα τῆς ἀπάτης ὁ ἡγούμενος τοῦ ἔθνους ἐκδικήσειεκδικηση. προετέθη ἐν Ἀλεξανδρείᾳ Κλαυδίωι Ἰουλιανῶι.
