ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου Αὐγούστου τὸ ε καὶ Κωνσταντίου τοῦ ἐπιφα νεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α, Φαρμοῦθι ιζ. Φλαουίοις Ἰουλιανῶι καὶ Γεροντίωι ἀμφοτέ ροις ῥιπαρίοις Ὀξυρυγχείτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Σινούθιος Ἀνουβίωνος ἀπὸ κώ μης Νεσμίμεως α πάγου τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ. κέκτημαι οἰκόπεδα ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ Νεσμί μει ἐλθόντα εἰς ἐμὲ ἀπὸ δικαίου ὠνῶν καὶ τὴν ων δεσποτίαν ἔχω ὑπʼ ἐμέ· ἀλλὰ βουλο μένου μου ἀνοικοδομῆσαι καὶ ἐπανοίγεινἐπανυειν θύραν οὐκ οἶδα τίνι λόγῳ Πραοῦς καὶ Πιβῆκις καὶ οἱ αὐτῶν κοινωνοὶ ἐπέσχαν μεμαι καὶ ἐκώλυσαν α ἐπεὶ τοίνυν συνεστήκασι οἱ πρᾶται καὶ ἐνταῦθα τυγχάνουσιν ὑπὲρ τοῦ μὴ διαμάχηνδιαμαχη γενέσθαι ἐν τοῖς ἀγροῖς, τούτου χάριν τὰ βιβλία ἐπιδί δωμι ἀξιῶν μετακληθῆναι καὶ Πιβῆκιν καὶ ακροας
