ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Λικινίου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῷ τῷ καὶ Γεροντίῳ λογιστῇ διὰ Ἑρμίνου διαδεχομένου στρατηγίαν Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Φιλουμένου Θωνίου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως προπομποῦ. ὀμνύω τὸν σεβάσμιον θεῖονθῖον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Αὐτοκρατόρων καὶ Καισάρων παρειληφέναιπαριληφέναι Μαξίμαν γυναῖκα Ἱέρα κος υἱοῦ Κασιανοῦ γαμβροῦ Ἀγαθίνου ἐπὶ τῷ με τὴν ταύτης τήρησιντήρησειν καὶ παραφυλακὴν ποιήσασθαι νύκτωρ τεδε καὶ μεθʼ ἡμέρας ἄχρις ἂν αὐτὴν παρα στήσω τῇ τάξειτάξι τοῦ διασημοτάτου ἡγεμόνος Οὐαλερίου Ζίπερος καὶ τῆς παραστάσεως γράμματα ἐποίσειν εἰς τὸ ἐν μηδενὶ μεμφθῆ ναι ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῆς αὐτῆς, Φαμενὼθ κθ.
